I ordered the Original Pelsbarn Calming Bed. When I opened the package, the fur was flying all over the floor, I took it outside to shake it out, came in the house and my dog was eating the fur from the floor and started choking, I was able to remove the fur from her mouth and vacuumed up the fur, but it still was shedding, so I repackaged the product, unused and contacted Pelsbarn for return info bc this product was dangerous for my dog due to shedding. I learned that it would cost me 10-30.00 plus a restocking fee of 7.99 to return the product. I find this unacceptable since it was a danger to my dog and obviously a defect with the continued shedding. I have expressed my disappointment to Pelsbarn and will not be making any future purchases from this company. There are too many other competitors with great return policies. So beware when ordering from this company bc the return policy is cumbersome and costly.
