I ordered 2 dog beds 3 weeks ago and cannot get any shipping info. The order number they give me only appears to move around the warehouse, if there is one. No carrier info provided. No one answers phone calls and multiple emails were responded to one time vaguely, saying order was shipped but it still hasn't left their warehouse. Terrible company to deal with. I have asked that they cancel my order and refund me, but that didn't happen. My only recourse is to dispute with credit card company.
