I placed an order for three items at a cost of $138.00 on 1/9/2025 and today is 1/21/2025 and still no product. I have not received notification that it has even shipped yet. I did get an email saying they got my order (and they already took the money from my debit account) and gave me a tracking number. When I check that it has the same status for days - "its on its way" but it has now been 12 days since order was placed. I emailed support and got a message saying error, undeliverable. I called the 877 support number and waiting for almost 5 min before getting a recording that say they were unable to take my call. I guess they must be scammers so will have to dispute charge with my bank. Terrible customer experience!
