The delivery company misdelivered the two dog beds I ordered. I had no idea where they were left. I contacted the team and they responded within hours and made a new order. Christina very professional and compassionate. A day later the package was dropped off by whoever received the package erroneously. The product was incredibly soft and the dogs cozied up to their new dog beds happily. A week later, we received another order and an email from Christina saying they could not stop the order in time- enjoy or share with a friend. Incredible customer service, wonderful product!
