BUYER BEWARE!!!I Ordered a car bed. Didn't receive it so I contacted them with no response. I thought perhaps the order did not go through, so I ordered another one. I got the second one and then I finally heard back from Pelsbarn. They said they would look into it. It took them a month to get back to me with some bogus looking tracking from their website. They said that I got it and that they would not refund the amount. So, I wanted to return the one that I got but their return time is only 14 days with a $7.99 restocking fee. It took them so long to get back to me that I cannot return it.I also called them and left them three messages and they never returned my calls.In a nutshell: their customer service is crap and their return time is so short that when you have an issue, it's too late to return anything.BUYER BEWARE INDEED!!!
