Pelsbarn does not communicate with its customers. It says it has a great refund policy BUT try to get them to reply. They do not have a voicemail system on their phone. Their e-mails come back saying they can't be delivered, and when I finally on this complaint website had a request from the owner for photos and info I sent them twice to no avail. This began in Sept. of last year when I finally received the bed for my newly rescued dog. Unfortunately it has major problems and can't be used at all. It was on sale but that still cost $90. I have simply been requesting my money back!!! A good company treats it customers professionally. Pelsbarn does not.
