I ordered a dog bed on December 1, and 35 days later, I have yet to receive it. I am in communication with their customer service team which continues to be a disappointing experience with AI generated responses and still NO updates about when I can expect to receive the bed. Apparently it's with a 'carrier' and still not even with the shipping party. Completely unacceptable. If I don't receive it by the end of this week, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Will never be purchasing from this company again. I was given an order number that is now showing as EXPIRED in the tracking section, so that's cool (PELSORG120148), and I was also given a tracking number from Christina that is UJ918040384YP and doesn't even register on your tracking page.
