Their phone message says their to busy to answer the phone probably because they have so many complaints! I ordered the cool bed for my kid and many reviews say and I got the same response they’re so busy there’s a back up and a delay.After the deIay I live in Colorado and I track it to Minnesota so I reach out via email and they send me a link that they can obviously see it went to Minnesota and they start telling me to check my neighbors houses and all this BS. I said forget it, you can see it went to Minnesota I’m canceling the order and putting a stop on my credit card. That was fine at first now they are trying to tell me they will not reship it which I don’t want it anyway and will not credit my card. Sorry my credit card company has my back and you are being exposed. Also this stuff is made in China don’t let them fool you. Then they send out the same “Dear John Letter” to everyone such a scam!!October 23 RESPONSE TO DEAR JOHN LETTER Sent information they definitely already had and their reply CRICKETS, NOTHING!!!!!!!
