I placed an order for a car bed on august 1, 2024,I accidentally added a second bed to the order. I realized what I had done and within an hour I asked to cancel the second bed.They responded they were unable to cancel the second bed because it had been sent to the warehouse for processing.I have sent multiple requests to customer service since then, many are rejected. A few sent a response, one gave me directions on requesting a refund which I followed and the response said they did not give refunds.It’s impossible to speak to a representative and the automated customer service is useless and frustrating.The company finally issued a refund for the second bed. As they requested, I donated the second bed to the animal shelter.
