Worst experience ever. I ordered a dog cooling mat. I knew it was going to take 7 to 14 days and was prepared for that. Once ordered I got confirmation it was shipped from China not from the Netherlands but that was ok for me as long as I would be able to trace the shipping. And that’s when it all went south. Once the parcel reached Belgium there was no way to track the order anymore as no barcode for the subsequent delivery service was ever provided. The latter needs to be done by the vendor not the postal service. Calls to pelsbarn are not answered, chat doesn’t work if it’s not one of the standard questions. And, based on the auto reply, emails have a 3- day turn around time, which is unacceptable knowing parcels get sent back in a week or less when not picked up and tracking is not working. Meanwhile that time frame has passed so the parcel is MIA (supposedly returned to pelsbarn/China) and Pelsbarn has yet to respond to my mail about the tracking. So nothing received, no customer service and hoping I may or may not get money back (I would rather have received the cooling mat). It may have been a good cooling mat but to determine that, I would need to get it first. All my other trust pilot reviews of other companies are positive so I’m usually not a negative Nelly. Luckily summer is almost over and I can try and find a bed elsewhere by next summer!
