I bought the cooling mats as a gift for a friend’s dogs. It took so long to get the order that the event came and went. Tried to return the mats since I bought a different gift and was told I couldn’t because they were a sale item. Ended up giving the mats to another friend for their dogs and the mats were useless-cool to touch but only when not in use. Once a dog lays on it for a few seconds it heats up. Waste of my money.
