I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I ordered. The "protective" car seat is very flimsy - not at all like the picture. I ordered a Medium and it measures out to be a small. Because I bought it on sale, they will only refund 12%. Ive gone back and forth with customer service. The last email being today. Don't buy from Pelsbarn!! And while they do say in small print that there are no returns on sale items, “satisfaction guaranteed” is much bigger.
