They market their products as if they are made and ship from CA but it’s made in China. I got the cooling bed and it is poor quality for the $80 I paid. It is more a flimsy topper with no real cushioning other than in the bumper. My 60-lb dog barely fits within the bumper and doesn’t care for it. Got a much better cooling bed (bigger, cushiony and cooling with removable cover) from a trusted large online pet retailer instead. Lesson learned DO NOT fall for the social media ads!
