First, beware that the delivery takes a long time and you’ll be getting generic notices that the package left an oversees location without any indication of where it came from or where the shipment is in the US - at any time. Eventually it was delivered.Do not be led to believe that since they have a return policy, you will ever be allowed to return any merchandise. I paid $268 for 2 XL back seat dog beds for my 2 Vizslas. There was no indication this was a ‘sales price’. One bed was too small for both dogs and two beds were too large for my seat (one was laid on the backseat once - one was never opened)Their strategic plan is to create a sense of safety with having a return/ exchange policy but since EVERYTHING is is ALWAYS on sale so you can NEVER exchange/ return anything! I tried to return both to get one that fit - but that was a hard no! I’ve monitor the price for a few months and my order was the same price within pennies - so anyone who purchased during that time for the holidays will receive the same customer service as I did if they try to exchange - none!Its simply false advertising - clearly they don't have return policy. It should read ‘All sales are final’ since that’s what happens in actual fact !
