An amazing company, on so many levels!!The customer service is friendly, helpful, but very professional and quick, you don’t wait days to find out an answer. They’re very responsive. I had messed up an order twice and they quickly fixed it each time until I got it right and they stayed with me. Their products are great. My 2 1/2 half year-old dog started getting anxiety in the car and I didn’t know what it was about. I tried everything , so I decided to get the calming bed for the car. I’m not going to say it cured him 100% but I honestly can say that he’s not as anxious he calms down quicker. He seems more comfortable and so I ended up getting one for him in the house as well. He wasn’t anxious in the house but I thought if he had that same feeling in the house where he did feel comfortable, then when he went into the car, it would continue to make him feel less anxious. I’m very impressed with the company and their service
