Ordered the dog car seat and received it about 2 weeks later. It is of poor quality - poorly sewn, cheap looking nylon fur, flimsy straps that do not hold the seat securely in place and minimal padding in the bolster surround. Deeply disappointed and when I asked to return the item, I got an email asking me to supply photos and/or videos of their product. Surely they are familiar with the specifications of their own products and why should I have to supply further evidence of the poor quality? I am not claiming it is defective but simply unacceptable quality for the price therefore I wish to return it for a refund. I am pursuing this and hoping that customer services will let me know how to do this asap. Not happy with the unhelpful response so far. Should have read the TrustPilot reviews before ordering.
