Slow shipping, but that's something that's alluded to when ordering. Only thing I would say is make sure you're getting the correct size. Ads are misleading on Facebook and website. Seat was supposed to be 28"x28". My measurements for the one I received weren't close to that, unless they're counting the part of the bed that hooks over the top of the seat, which shouldn't be the case, as that's not what I consider the size needed to consider the dog's measurements. Regardless, they did send me the larger one, and it's exactly what I envisioned. Covers the seat, my 55ish lb dog fits in it great, and I'm very happy that they did that for me. Great customer service.
