I’m going to chime in with the negative reviews as I’m now feeling extra uneasy about my purchase. It’s only been a couple of weeks since my order was placed, but I have reached out via email twice now to check on the status (considering the stated shipping time was 7-10 business days, it should be here by now - or I should have at least been sent shipping confirmation).All I’m looking for is an update so I know what to expect. Simple communication. I am picking our new pup up on 5/19 and expected to have the car seat by then. I would love a response!
