I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s an appalling service. They rarely answer phone calls or emails. After nearly a week of leaving messages I got through yesterday to be told someone would call me back later that day and surprise surprise no one did. I can’t keep paying staff 70 percent of their wages because of their so called human error on processing timesheets. It’s been a week now and carers need their money! On one occasion HMRC were led to believe by Penderels that a carer had left and they repaid her tax which then affected her next years tax code as she had to pay it back! Sheer incompetence at every level.
