My PA is not allowing me to have my login details for my universal credit.
When I've just been online and by law, I'm allowed my universal credit login details.
Why can't I have them? I've also asked for more money, which is my money and I'm not being allowed? Also why should I provide receipts of what I'm buying with my own money? I'm not happy with this service.
You are all useless.
Avoid this company!!

It's been over five months since my…

It's been over five months since my late sisters passing & we are still no closer to dealing with her estate & settling her finances so we can move on ..we aquired letters of administration as requested by law but there's no communication with Pendrels thy won't answer the phones or respond to emails the appointees are unresponsive .we have gone back to our solicitors for advice surely this is contempt of court

75 reviews and only 2 are 5 star, the other 73 is all 1 star rating. How are they allowed to still operate. UPDATE: SO PENDERELS RESPONDED 🤔 WHY IS YOUR REVIEWS SO BAD THEN. YOU SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO DEAL WITHPEOPLES MONIES AND YOU SHOULD CHECK FIRST BEFORE CONTROLLING PEOPLES MONEY. EVERYONE WHO LEFT A VAD REVIEW CANT ALL BE WRONG CAN THEYAbsolutely terrible company , my mother has been made to use this service even though there is a next of kin, no meeting not even told about such actions, Warwick council is just as bad and both will lie as long as possible until you find out by chance ! We are in the process of making a documentary on this company and Warwick council along with Wolston grange and pinnacle care, if you do not want to be kept away from your loved ones and not have a say in their care then stay away from these three services, We have lots of serious problems with recorded calls /conversations including one from a lady who works in the social care for Warwick and she has told us about the wrongdoings and how she was threatened with her job for telling the truth, Penderels... I am next of kin and you never once informed me nor the family of your decision to take control of my mums finances. You are r stealing from the elderly.

What a joke sent in a final time sheet for my PA on 16/10/2025 the transition period was six weeks which was surpose to end 24/10/2025 come PA payday nothing rang 9am still not sorted they don't care has they know we has the PA employer is responsable been intouch with local about it still nothing a manager phoned could not answer a simple question have to tried to sort this with new paymaster could not answer shame on them now i am going to sue them my PA is going to take them to a tribunal for failure to pay him avoid avoid and shame on any council that employ them to deal with wages

Avoid this organisation. Non payment of invoices, poor communication.

I have been doing care work on behalf of the Brighton and Hove council for a young person locally, and have neither been paid (more than a month overdue now) and also can not seem to get an answer as to why this is the case. I have had repeated promises broken (both of payment dates) and of responses to phone calls and emails that never came through. Legal action is now being taken against them. So if you are wondering whether or not to deal with this organisation, then I advise you ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID! They are either the most incompetent group of people, or perhaps even dishonest/dodgy? Either way, working with them has been a terrible experience.

This company is a joke

I am discussed with the service this company provides. Payslips are incorrect, breaking the relationships between employees and employers. This company is a liability. Not only unprofessional but also incompetent from the recruitment service to payroll. No living person on the phones, no response to the emails. I would recommend literally any other company but this one.

****THIEVES WITH AUTHORITY****TAKING THIS COMPANY TO THE PAPERS! CONTACTING MARTIN LEWIS PRODUCERS! PLEASE EVERYONE DO THE SAME THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE NAMED AND SHAMED! Enough is enough they’ve made my life and my moms life as difficult as they can and reading these reviews says it all not one good one they can’t get away with treating people like this they’ve obviously failed many people in the past and will continue to do so in the future if nothing is done! my mom has dementia I have a LPA my mom lives with me and I am her Carer when this company got involved she was living on her own and was just being assessed for dementia since since my mother has been with us for 5 years they have done noting but make things difficult they take ages to respond iv had meeting with socail workers and spoken to socail workers and they only get back one they get told by the em which is not convenient for me or my mom we are in the process of moving and they will not provide money that we need to make this move as easy and comfortable for my as possible they give you excuses after excuses they just want to keep the money for themselves and after reading all these reviews I’m taking this matter further as everyone else should they need to be stopped THERE THIEVES WITH AUTHORITY please please of you see this amd others who have made reviews do the same as me take it social media papers and martin Lewis get this pendrels stopped and get them shown for what they are I have and LPA and they don’t care they just want to keep the money for themselves they don’t care about anyone me welfare but there own JOIN ME LETS MAKE A POSITION WHICH ILL TAG IN ANOTHER POST GET THESE NAMED AND SHAMED AND STOPPED ASAP!

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s an appalling service. They rarely answer phone calls or emails. After nearly a week of leaving messages I got through yesterday to be told someone would call me back later that day and surprise surprise no one did. I can’t keep paying staff 70 percent of their wages because of their so called human error on processing timesheets. It’s been a week now and carers need their money! On one occasion HMRC were led to believe by Penderels that a carer had left and they repaid her tax which then affected her next years tax code as she had to pay it back! Sheer incompetence at every level.
