As a Care provider these services are shocking and would advise all clints to stay will away. i have had to pull care due to none payments, they then ring clients and say we are invoicing incorrectly but cant pick a phone up to tell the care provider what they want or even find a happy medium. Then you put in a complaint and the people you put it in about then end up emailing with a response, very professional not. This has been ongoing since February 2025.
