Absolutely appalling organisation. One of the main reasons for their existence is to make the lives of disabled people and their carers a little easier. Not sure how this can be so when they are virtually impossible to contact and if you do ever manage to get through to them you wish you hadn’t in a very short space of time. Rude staff who have a complete lack of empathy and doubtful capability with an online payroll system that’s the most useless thing I have ever encountered. (Several years in use now and the known glitch when used on iPads is still not resolved.) Also, who on earth made the decision to start to enforce use of My-View for submission of timesheets on the only payroll of the year where multiple pay rates are required after only a week or two’s notice to users and online issue of instructions for the system that have been translated from Swahili by a chimpanzee.
