Leanne liaised with the garage directly to deal with the claim in terms of the work needed, parts and labour costs and has kept me up to date with the process for covering the costs. All in all a very easy and pleasant process (a little bit to my surprise if I’m honest as I expected they would make it as hard as possible to claim).
