I found Leanne very helpful and very quick to respond to my query about whether the work required on my car was covered by the premium warranty I took out when I bought it. Leanne liaised with the garage directly to deal with the claim in terms of the work needed, parts and labour costs and has kept me up to date with the process for covering the costs. All in all a very easy and pleasant process (a little bit to my surprise if I’m honest as I expected they would make it as hard as possible to claim).

Car went in main dealer for a service.They found a cut in a tyre.Mot failure.Asked pendragon to approve the tyre.They said ring kwikfit mobile.They couldn't come for another week.Then they approved the tyre but would pay for 30 days.Then asked the garage to ask me if I'll pay for it and pendragon would pay me back!Then they asked the garage to lower the price!This is while I had to pay for a hire car for 5 days.The problem?The main dealer wanted £30 more for the tyre than quick fit.
Leanne was a wonderful help and did the best in keeping communication and directing us to the best possible place to help. She went above and beyond to help us and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. She was an angel and appreciate her immensely!
I spoke to one of your team this morning and she was absolutely brilliant — so friendly and easy to talk to. I’d gone in expecting bad news (the dreaded car-warranty kind of conversation), but she quickly put my mind at ease and explained that I’m not actually due a service yet. It was such a weight off my shoulders. Her customer service was excellent, and she genuinely made my week. If you have an employee recognition scheme, she truly deserves a mention. Thank you.
I’m prompted to write this review as I’ve had (and am currently having) experience with the warranty team in Derby after purchasing a two year warranty on my used Volkswagen at Evans Halshaw in Birmingham. Whilst there have been some disappointment with the car itself, the process of claiming on the warranty has been flawless and I’ll give mention to Louise based in Derby who has gone above and beyond to assist me getting my car in to a relatively nearby repair shop within their network. She mailed me this morning to follow up, completely unprompted, hence the five stars.
Fantastic experience from initial enquiry through to the delivery of our new car. I was looked after by Shanigh & Lindsey who kept in touch throughout the whole process with regular updates and clear sign posting relating to next steps. Super easy process and very happy with the new car thanks.
