I experienced absolutely shocking customer service. After emailing to inquire about a cancellation and potential refund, I received a response denying the refund and was later notified that my reservation was canceled, resulting in a loss of my money. When I expressed my concerns, the representative became quite unpleasant and dismissive. I was told that if any concession was made, it would be seen as giving in to bribery. I had already paid £75 for two days of parking. Whatever you do, avoid this service!
