From the initial call, we received outstanding customer service. Upon arriving at the location, all the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful. The transfer to the port was quick, and upon our return, everything was efficient and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this parking service!
We utilized this service for our recent 14-night cruise and were very impressed. The driver assisted with unloading our vehicle and drove us the short distance to the terminal. On our return, we notified the service in advance, and by the time we reached the pick-up point, the minibus was already waiting. The driver helped us with our luggage again. We used this parking service for the first time while taking a ten-day cruise. The service was excellent, from the warm welcome to the minibus transfers. We received clear instructions for our return, and the minibus arrived within five minutes of our call. Our car was just as we left it, and our luggage was unloaded next to it. I booked and paid for parking months in advance and called for confirmation two days before traveling. They confirmed my parking. I asked about walking to the ship, and they assured me they would take me. This happened as described. On return, they requested a text the day before with my estimated disembarkation time, followed by a call once I disembarked. After leaving the ship, I saw their driver picking up other passengers, and after introducing ourselves, he added us to his group. Excellent courteous service. Highly recommended.
I experienced absolutely shocking customer service. After emailing to inquire about a cancellation and potential refund, I received a response denying the refund and was later notified that my reservation was canceled, resulting in a loss of my money. When I expressed my concerns, the representative became quite unpleasant and dismissive. I was told that if any concession was made, it would be seen as giving in to bribery. I had already paid £75 for two days of parking. Whatever you do, avoid this service!
