They readily accepted payment but left a vulnerable individual waiting weeks for a refund. The support team made decisions but did not allow direct communication with the decision-makers. They expressed apologies repeatedly but took no real action to resolve the issue. This company is profiting while showing clear disregard for its customers. I will not trust them again. Addendum: The private outreach and offers of further assistance only led to the same empty promises and additional delays. No decisive action was taken as any responsible company would have ensured delivery. My review remains unchanged.
