I was having difficulty ordering online. My order would not go through completely and I could not log in to my account. I called your flagship store and was helped by Zakiya. She got me to customer services where I was helped by Emilie. Both women were 100% helpful & I was able to place my order & log in.
The service has always been outstanding, and my recent online shopping experience was no exception! I trust the quality of the products I choose for my wife, knowing she will be thrilled with the gift. This year, I ordered later than planned, but the support I received from a representative in the customer service team was truly excellent! Thank you so much for the help, and happy holidays to everyone involved!
Unacceptable customer service experience. The courier failed to deliver an expensive item multiple times. They refused to consider alternative delivery options and did not send a replacement. They readily accepted payment but left a vulnerable individual waiting weeks for a refund. The support team made decisions but did not allow direct communication with the decision-makers. They expressed apologies repeatedly but took no real action to resolve the issue. This company is profiting while showing clear disregard for its customers. I will not trust them again. Addendum: The private outreach and offers of further assistance only led to the same empty promises and additional delays. No decisive action was taken as any responsible company would have ensured delivery. My review remains unchanged.
The service I received from the team during my online experience was truly exceptional. My previous in-person interactions have always been great, and this online engagement was equally impressive. Both representatives were friendly, courteous, and provided detailed information regarding my inquiry. I exclusively use their products, and this experience has further confirmed my loyalty.
This is not an emotional review. I purchased some products from the company back in November 2025, and it seemed like the product had changed since my original purchase in 2016. I decided to return it following the company’s policies. I had to reach out to customer service in the United States twice, sending multiple emails to request a refund. It wasn't until my second phone call on December 11th, 2025, that I was still getting the same response that they were investigating the issue. I have proof of delivery from FedEx showing that the return was accepted and signed for by an employee on November 24, 2025, at 1:54 PM. I must say, I do not support or recommend this company. They do not empower their employees to resolve situations promptly.

I encountered a login issue, and Justine was incredibly helpful, professional, and considerate. She maintained communication until we resolved the problem, which turned out to be my automatically generated password from my device being over 15 characters long.
