I purchased 20 boxes of their dates to distribute to friends and family. I made the purchase on 2nd March through my PayPal account giving myself plenty of time before the start of Ramadan to distribute the dates. I started contacting them via email on the 26th of March as no dates had appeared. Finally on 31st March 4 of my 20 ordered boxes were delivered. I called to enquire about the missing 16 boxes and was informed by Brother A that the packaging had come undone and the 16 boxes had remained in the delivery van. He assured me that they would be with me in 48 hours as he would dispatch them himself and they would arrive to me by Mon 4th April (3rd Ramadan). I called them today, spoke to Brother M and was informed that I had ordered old boxes and then placed another order for new boxes. All untrue. I ordered 20 boxes together at the same time. Long story short, they have still not arrived. I am being told they will arrive earliest by tomorrow, which is 5th April. I don't like to be given the run around. I have been told two different stories and no clear answer to why the dates were so delayed. Brother M kept on trying to give me excuses on the phone and was very rude. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again. They really need to invest some time in customer services.
