The most unfortunate event for us was when our mortgage was taken over by the company. It has been a nightmare at every step. The customer service is extremely poor. Each time we call, we receive conflicting information. Their phone texts and messages are confusing. On one occasion, they contacted us with an offer, but when I called back, they denied it. It’s bizarre. I'm also tired of the constant mail offers; when I reach out, I often speak to what sounds like a young representative who keeps saying, 'we don’t do that' and directs me to other companies. Their responses are odd, suggesting alternatives like other banking facilities, which is quite amusing considering they send out offers themselves.
