My experience with Pensionbee has been great so far! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service team. The transfer of my pension pots over to PensionBee 3 plus years ago was seamless and quick. I've been receiving regular withdrawal payments from a defensive fund for 2 years, which I've been really pleased with. Great app and simple to use.
Would be nice to have some functionality to increase or decrease the regular withdrawal amounts as and when needed. The only method, currently, is to cancel the existing arrangement and set up a new regular withdrawal for a different amount, which is a pain...apparently it's being looked into.
Overall, I'm very pleased with how it all works. A new company disrupting the pension transfer market for the benefit of the customer is a breath of fresh air!
