Chantelle is behind the scenes working on my pension transfers and keeps me updated via email, she also uses email to reach out if there are any information needed or urgent actions required.
If you are willing to put in a tiny bit of work and track down your policy numbers, your bee-keeper will do the rest of the hard work for you. It all happens in a matter of weeks! Which is great!
