I received the wrong order; I ordered 4 A2 frames but got pens instead. Despite multiple emails and messages on social media, I've had no replies. I finally spoke to someone who said the frames were out of stock, my order would be refunded, and I would receive a return label and a shipping voucher. However, I haven't received any email or refund notification. Very poor customer service - it shouldn't be this hard to communicate. I'm currently £72.98 out of pocket and very unhappy.
