Review Time
I received the wrong order; I ordered 4 A2 frames but got pens instead. Despite multiple emails and messages on social media, I've had no replies. I finally spoke to someone who said the frames were out of stock, my order would be refunded, and I would receive a return label and a shipping voucher. However, I haven't received any email or refund notification. Very poor customer service - it shouldn't be this hard to communicate. I'm currently £72.98 out of pocket and very unhappy.
I appreciate the product selection and frequent promotions, but the packing has become increasingly careless. My last order arrived in overstuffed paper bags with many items cramped together. The bags were torn upon arrival, and several products had scratches or damaged packaging. I would prefer a delayed shipment if it means better care in packing.
