We visited expecting a great experience, having enjoyed meals here when it was a 3-star hotel. The table layout was nice, but the cutlery was subpar for a 4-star establishment. The waitress was overly attentive, often repeating phrases that became annoying. After clearing our plates without waiting for a response, we felt rushed. When we went to the smoking area, a staff member approached us for payment, which felt humiliating given our previous positive experiences. The atmosphere was lacking, leaving us disappointed compared to past visits.
