Been using them for years, suddenly they locked us all out, have been paying our bill timely on autopay, they continued to charge us but suddenly locked us out and deactivated our account. Been attempting to reach ANYONE for over a month now, no response what so ever. Insane. We paid for our service and they're denying us.
