Ridiculously complicated for no reason. It's a pain to apply for reimbursement. Almost every time I submit receipts for medical expenses, People Keep doesn't accept it and asks for more and more documentation. They make everything so difficult. I wish my employer didn't use this service but it's cheap for them and they don't offer benefits so it is what it is!
