For a company that "prides" themselves on great customer service, they sure do suck at communicating. My hot tub has been sitting in South Bend for over a week now because the delivery company cannot deliver it due to the size. I have made numerous calls to both shipping agencies with absolutely no help from Clearwater. If I would not have contacted the shipping companies I guarentee there would never be any movement and it would be lost in the shipping world. I have reached out to clearwater as well only to be given attitudes from their reps and not one single solution or even an apology on the delay. The amount of time I have put in to Forward Air Inc and Echo to attempt to have this hot tub delivered is ridiculous and the fact the company won't even assist is mind blowing to me. If you have other options on where to purchase your hot tub from, don't pick this one. Oh and please don't respond with your computer generated "we apologize your upset and will look into your issue", That's just so you can save face on your site, if you were that concerned, you would have responded to my emails or had your supervisor contact me like a requested a week ago.
