Only image what this place would be like if you had a issue with the spa. Very poor sales people with a bait and switch approach.

Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.
