We purchased a 2-person hot tub online in mid-Dec 2019. That transaction was simple/issue free/much like any other item purchased online. Unfortunately, what followed were zero communications. For a several thousand dollar purchase, I expect a follow up email confirmation detailing what was ordered and when to expect delivery. 20 days later, I called to confirm receipt of the order (they did receive it) and requested expected delivery day. They were unable to provide an expected delivery day ... 20 days after the hot tub was ordered. Within 10 more days, we were given a call by a local delivery company and successfully scheduled and received delivery of the hot tub. The hot tub is of good quality and a good value. The communication process was poor which is the reason for the 2-star rating.
