Buyer beware!! Purchased a NEW spa from Clearwater Pool and Spa and it arrived damaged and missing contents. Clearwater Pool and Spa immediately referred me to the manufacture washing their hands of any responsibility. 5 months later, I still have no resolution and the manufacture Dreammaker Spas has referred me back to Clearwater as they are the ones whom hired the shipping company. As other reviewers have posted, Shannon Wilson the Sales Manager and Owner Eric Neel will avoid you and and responsibility at all costs. Further, your card will be charged immediately which is a loop hole for them for any disputes as the spa ships well after the 180 day dispute window. Look else where and save yourself the headaches myself and others have posted about.UPDATE: Clearwater Pool and Spa has offered to replace the spa (5 months later) with a different color and an additional 16-18 week delivery time. However, I am responsible for having the spa repackaged and placed in the driveway at my expense of $1125. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing the same frustrations and lack of customer service from Clearwater Pool and Spa. Other reviewers have had great experiences but if you have a problem or your spa arrives damaged this is what you have to look forward to, every negative review has a similar outcome with Clearwater Pool and Spa not taking responsibility for actions on their end. Even more discouraging is Eric Neel's claim to be a devout Christian and driven by Faith, clearly that isn't the case when it comes to his business or he would take responsibility for selling damaged goods to honest paying customers.Look elsewhere even if it costs more money, you will end up paying way more in the end if you choose to use Clearwater Pool and Spa.
