Spa finally showed up two months late. Zero communication on their part. I had to call each time. It took dozens of calls to get a person. Once it showed up the cover clips and chemicals were missing. All these people want is your money. They claim to not have the bandwidth to communicate with their customers about back orders but they have no problem sending them continuous advertising on other products to purchase. Back orders happen, but don’t tell me there is “nothing you can do,” because there certainly is. Simply communicate with your customers. Most people are reasonable. Buyer beware.
