I had never purchased a spa before and really knew nothing about them, so as you can amagine I had questions. My first call to AquaRest was with Ashley, so helpful, knowledage, and friendly, she really knows her spas specs. My second call a few of days later was answered by Amy, again so friendly and nonrushed. My third call a week later was answered by Mindy and I could tell she was busy but still took the time to help me. Okay my fourth and last call was to order our spa! My call again was answered by Mindy, she remember me and was so very helpful, actually remember the conversation about headrests that in the excitment of finally ordering the spa I had forgotten about them, thank you Mindy. The only thing I would like to address is at the time I was quoted $3249.99 for my spa and it went on sale, "end of the year blowout sale" for $3199.99 the same I ordered and paid $3249.99 for mine. So I will ask for an ajustment of $50.00 please and thank you, Happy Shawn D. in Spokane, Washington.
