First placed order from sister website and told if I wanted to change model of same series hot tub the wait list would be 16 weeks. Placed order on this website and showed in stock and shipped within 7 days. Both charges were from same company ( merchant Id), charged me $100 for cancelled order with same company. After all this I received the hot tub and the zipper is split on the cover, now I'm dealing to get this fixed.
