Extremely poor customer service and product quality. I ordered a gold necklace with a small pendant for my wife, but the necklace is extremely short, resembling a large bracelet instead of a necklace. Additionally, the return location requires me to drive 170 km to return it. This will be the last time I trust jewelry from this seller.
