This company is scamming customers; my policy expired on March 5 ( thursday) and I tried to pay it on March 6 at 12am, yes this early and i try to do by their webside and dont allow to me. I called by phone and everything and i made to my agent called too,, and I was not allowed to pay with the excuse that it had expired. I contacted the manager named Nubia Rodeon, and she informed me that because my policy was not paid on March 5, they canceled it, and because of the number of claims I have. I have been a client of this company for 4 years, and last year in 2024 I had a claim because I had hurricane damage that took away my roof, and this person told me it was because of the number of claims. In other words, they are avoiding renewing my policy with an excuse without reason; they have been taking my money for 4 years, and when I make a necessary claim with proof for the category 4 hurricane we had, they respond to me like this. I demand that this company renew my policy and they still play the same game.
