Never got the insurance. I wanted big delay in getting any changes done to my policy still not sure what my coverage.Definitely wouldn’t go back here not even sure if I’m properly covered or notGetting a hold of the agent was an impossibility had to talk to the office manager and threatened to come down there and sit there until I got this sorted out. It never has been really sorted out.I’m under insured to know itI will definitely be shopping somewhere else
DO NOT USE PEOPLE'S TRUST INS!!! We have had People's Trust for several years. They weren't too bad before they added TopLine as their customer service division. On October 1, 2025 we sent an email stating we wanted to cancel the policy (Renewal due date 10/10/2025). They ignored that email and ignored more emails. We called on October 2, 2025 and told them to cancel the policy immediately - the CSR "Bob" got an attitude! He played with our cancellation request so long that eventually we received a letter from People's Trust saying our policy had been canceled due to non-payment! Of course we all know that the refusal to show our policy as canceled by us means it will show as a negative on our credit report. We are filing a complaint with the Florida Insurance Commissioner today!
