Since you let pep boys bribe you into REMOVING MY REVIEW.. here it is AGAIN!!! and I will CONTINUE to repost it if you continue to remove it! Was at the Everett WA store … I’d give 0 and negative stars if I could this is bull I went online saw a great price for an oil change I need TODAY .. there were multiple appointments available so I booked and drove .. dude says they were full when I show up.. then why the heck were there appointments available??!! 😡 worst oil service I’ve ever encountered and figures since it’s in ghetto Everett anyway .. not cool and NOT OK AT ALL .. their system offered the appointment so it’s their job to fulfill it I did zip wrong .. now they are sending me emails telling me “ remember to reschedule” oh HECK no!!!! and I suggest you don’t either such a waste of time .. I need it today schedule still open on their website too.. NOT NEXT FREAKING WEEK
