I brought it in for a simple oil change, and now it’s spewing fumes, with oil splattered all over under the hood and staining my garage floor. This isn’t just sloppy—it’s outright negligent.I could have been in a fire because of this. Do you realize how serious that is? This kind of careless work puts lives at risk. If anything had happened to me because of your incompetence, we wouldn’t be having this conversation—you’d be hearing from lawyers.This is unacceptable and beyond ridiculous.I need a call back from a manager—not a rep, not an assistant, the manager—immediately.I don’t ever want to step foot in that store again, but you’re going to fix the damage your shop caused and return my car to its original condition ASAP.
