I went to pick up medicine for my parents I went to my car and it didn’t start right a way so I knew I needed a battery. I called Pep Boys in Paterson, New Jersey and spoke to a gentleman named Kerri. I asked how long it would take to get a battery he said an hour I didn’t have that much time because I have both my parents in wheelchairs and no one to care for them while I was gone.
